For almost of our tours, once tour is confirmed and fully paid but for one reason they cancel the tour, the following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to tour commencement:
- More than 45 days prior to trip departure: No charge (Full refund will be made but transaction fee will be paid by you).
- 30-45 days before arrival: 10% of total tour price.
- 15-29 days before arrival: 50% of total tour price.
- 7-14 days before arrival: 75% of total tour price.
- Within 7 days before arrival: 100% tour price.
Note:
- The above fees are subject to an added bank transaction fee.
- There will be no refund given for any unused or missed ground arrangements, sightseeing, meals or hotel accommodations.
- For no show cases, there will be no refund.
- All cancellations must be in person or in writing and received by us.

In case of an unexpected situation/ bad weather causes an effect on your trip after commencement, we serve the right to change the itinerary of your booked tour for the safety of all clients in the group. If there are more than one solution, we will ask for your permission and agreement to do the next step. In such kind of cancellation, the refund of any payment on the un-used portion of transportation service, hotel service, car rental or tours will be given.

04:15 – Sightseeing on Saigon River / Light snack on boat.
06:15 – Back to Pier/ Drop off at hotel..
OPTION 02 : COOKING CLASS + CYCLE RIDE + SUN SET CRUISE
02:00 – Pick-up at the customers’ hotel and transfer to Cooking Class
03:45 – Finish Cooking Class / Cycle will transfer guest to our pier.
04:15 – Sightseeing on Saigon River / Light snack on boat.
06:15 – Back to Pier/ Drop off at hotel.
OPTION 03 :JEEP CITY TOUR + SUN SET CRUISE
02:00 – Pick-up at the customers’ hotel and city tour by Jeep.
04:00 – Jeep tour will transfer guest to our pier.
04:15 – Sightseeing on Saigon River / Light snack on boat.
06:15 – Back to Pier/ Drop off at hotel.
OPTION 04 : SUNSET CRUISE & SAIGON BY NIGHT
Sunset Cruise on Saigon River
4:00 pm: Your guide will meet you at the lobby of your hotel and bring you by minivan to our speedboat at Saigon pier.
4:15 pm: Depart by speedboat and observe the bustling, historic city from the water. Explore winding canals and tributaries in a setting similar to the Mekong Delta, with traditional riverside landscapes and lush jungle expanses before watching the city’s skyline beautifully lit up at the sunset. During the tour you will visit a unique floating temple in Go Vap district, reachable only by boat.
Finger food and unlimited soft drinks are available on board throughout the cruise.
Saigon by Night Motorbike Tour
6:15 pm: The boat will bring you back to the city pier where you will be picked up by modern motorbike and start your ride. You will drive on Dien Bien Phu Avenue, the longest street in Ho Chi Minh City.
7:00 pm: You will then visit the statue of Thich Quang Duc, a Buddhist monk who burned himself to death at a busy Saigon road intersection on 11 June 1963 protesting the persecution of Buddhists by the South Vietnamese government.
7:30 pm: You will stop by one of the popular local restaurants for dinner.
The guests can choose one of the options: a cozy Banh Xeo restaurant, a fine dining Vietnamese restaurant or a venue with a live music along the canal.
8:30 pm: Continue the ride to get lost in Saigon’s numerous alleys and have a refreshing journey along the canal.
9:30 pm: After a stop at Notre-Dame Cathedral you will be brought to a “Little Tokyo”, a Japanese area hidden on small alleyways.
10:00 pm: Your driver will bring you back to the hotel.

Had an amazing day on the boat with one the best instructors, we learnt so much from her! We had a group of 6 people and it was a good experience to learn the culture and meet new people! Would highly recommend! :)

Fantastic journey to hidden places on the Saigon river. And traveling by speedboat is so smooth and fast, and lets you see more things. Much better than fighting traffic on a tour bus And our tour guide is the best. Very knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations and places to eat post see post the tour

Though tour is quite simple it is nice to navigate up,the Saigon river and see Ho Chi Minh from a different view. Plus the expertise and friendliness of Jasmine as our guide made the experience even better

Choosing for a speedboat trip in the hot Vietnamese summer was a hit. Cool breeze while speeding to the Mekong Delta. Entertaining conversation with our guide Mo. The trip gives you a some insight in the lives of the local Vietnamese and it is interesting. A well spend Saturday!.
