From the moment we arrived on the boat everything was excellently organised. Information was clear & concise. The food was outstanding and the staff so helpful & courteous, nothing was too much trouble. A very worthwhile and enjoyable experience.

Mekong eyes offers serveral boats and agendas. This was a four day cruise on the new Mekong Eyes Explorer. First the boat is newer and wonderful. The food and staff and service are also all top notch. My only downside and I think it was the itinerary I picked was we did not really get out that much and see a lot of the Mekong. We had a walk around a larger city and a bike ride around an island (which was excellent) For me I would have preferred something with more activities out and about with the various communities. I think the company could have arranged this, but I guess I did not know what I really wanted til I got there. Transfers for hcmc and Phnom Penh were excellent and well organized. I would definitely recommend this, just pick your itinerary carefully

We have just finished the 3 night/4 day cruise on the Mekong Eyes explorer. We had a fabulous time and would highly recommend . The staff from the outset were super efficient and friendly. The food is fantastic - 3/4 course lunches and dinners and again they accommodate any preferences as we said we loved seafood so got lots but the other lady didn't so got more meat. Every evening you also get a delicious cocktail to watch sunset. The whole ambience is so relaxing and although wifi a chance to get away from it all. The trips are also excellent with village walks, a Sampan ride, market visit, floating market and we spent 2 x 2 hour sessions cycling ride around islands which was highlight as a brilliant way to see local life ( they loved it and all very happy to say hello to the white Europeans!).
